Description

In a post-apocalyptic Earth where the most important resource is water, the oceans and rivers have dried up and warlords control their territory by hoarding it and doling it out as they please. One of warlords, Bane, captures a beautiful blonde lady who has a tattoo that lets them know she, according to legend, belongs to a tribe that has a pure natural spring.
