Description

Charlie Davis runs his own island in the Caribbean with a literal whip hand making his income as a marijuana grower, exporter and gunrunner. He hires a female entertainer to amuse the clients of his cantina and himself.

Charlie's world falls apart when one of his employees is an undercover narcotics investigator. The trouble escalates to a full native rebellion and shark attack.

Charlie is a dope smuggler who lives on his own private desert island and rules over the natives with an iron fist. When the native stooges get out of line, Charlie literally cracks the whip on his insubordinate subordinates. When a sexpot named Glory comes to the island, he holds her prisoner and makes her go-go dance for him.
